Benzler’s Series M helical gears and geared motors come from years of development work and experience gained from decades of supply to industry.

With an output torque of up to 20,000 Nm, the series M is a strong alternative in the industry’s heavy and demanding applications. In these situations, the Series M is often chosen over our series E and G industrial gearboxes.

Benzler gears are manufactured to the most demanding standards, which has resulted in very low energy losses and noise levels.

Series M is supplied both as a geared motor and as a gear with open input shaft. The program includes all imaginable constructions; foot assembly, flange assembly and more.

Series M is part of Benzler’s SWIFT series and therefore contains the same modular components as our series F flat gears and series K bevel gears. This obviously increases delivery reliability and reduces delivery times for series M as well.

A motorised unit is always delivered with IEC standard electric motors and thus offers access to a large selection of electric motors, such as with integrated frequency converter, brake motor, external cooling and motors rated higher than IE3 in terms of energy efficiency.

All M sizes have cast iron gear housings designed to achieve maximum strength using as little material as possible.
