At Benzlers, we have extensive experience in adapting our gears to the customer's actual requirements. We often go outside the catalogue to find the adaptations & rebuilds that, as far as possible, simplify the customer's installation of the gears.
We make such adaptations to our geared motors as well as to our industrial gears. Customisation can be anything from simply supplying an assembled sprocket to extensive add-on structures, subframes, complete motor beds, etc, etc.
In connection with replacements of other makes, we often offer "drop-in" solutions that can be built in without any changes whatsoever to the machine's construction.
We thus completely adapt our product to existing assembly details and space. This has proven to be particularly useful not only in cases where the customer's gear unit is custom-built or site-built, but also in cases where the existing gear unit is a few decades old. This is because today's gears, for technological reasons, have significantly smaller installation dimensions than what was the case "in the good old days".
