Benzler’s Series G industrial gearbox is the solution for demanding applications with medium and high torque requirements.
This product’s gear geometry combines maximum efficiency with high load and load capacity. Furthermore, the construction produces minimal noise even at high loads.
The gear housing is made with a horizontally split housing for the easiest possible maintenance.
During the development work, our designers have included the entire life cycle as a parameter. We see the result in the gearbox’s ease of service and long service life.
Benzler’s industrial gearboxes can be supplied in an angular version or with parallel axes. The basic versions are hollow shaft or output shaft, but gears for KIBO assembly can also be supplied.
The industrial gear series offers extensive customisation options, e.g. external cooling system, backstop, clamping element on the output shaft and IEC B5 motor flanges for direct assembly of motors.
Furthermore, the line includes a range of motor adapters for “free” placement of the motor as well as a system of motor frames that make it possible to place the entire operation on one and the same structure. This facilitates installation and ensures that the system is correctly mounted.
